January 25 – Battle of the Bulge Anniversary. The Battle of the Bulge was fought between December 16, 1944 and ended in victory against Germany for the U.S. and Allies on January 25, 1945. The battle was fought under extremely cold weather conditions, with scare supplies, and remains one of the bloodiest in American history.
