The 9/11 Project Committee
Volunteers on this committee bring the 9/11 Project to life, helping design exhibits, manage logistics, and create an unforgettable educational experience for the community.
Gold Star Family Flight Committee
This group supports our Gold Star families by coordinating every detail of the Family Flights to Fort Benning, ensuring each trip is thoughtful, healing, and smooth from start to finish.
Veterans Week Committee
From flag displays to community events, this committee works behind the scenes to make Veterans Week a powerful and unifying tribute to those who serve.

The 9/11 Project Committee
This committee helps bring one of our most educational and impactful events to life. Volunteers work together to design and set up immersive exhibits, welcome and guide attendees through the experience, and manage hands-on elements like the Touch-a-Truck exhibit and community resource fair. Whether you’re passionate about history, education, or community service, this committee offers a powerful way to help others remember, reflect, and engage.
Gold Star Family Flights Committee
Support Utah’s Gold Star families as they travel to the Global War on Terrorism Memorial at Fort Benning. This committee helps with everything from coordinating logistics and organizing materials to preparing welcome bags and assisting families during travel. It’s a behind-the-scenes role with deeply personal impact—perfect for volunteers who feel called to care for those who have given so much.
Veterans Week Committee
Veterans Week is the largest and most event-filled time of the year for the Foundation, and it takes a dedicated team to bring it all to life. Committee members help coordinate and support a wide range of events, including the Military Tribute Field, Veterans Devotional, the Hike to Coldwater Canyon, and the Layton Veterans Parade. Whether you’re helping with flag installations, hosting guests, or supporting behind the scenes, this is a great opportunity to be part of something big, meaningful, and deeply patriotic.
